AD8013AR-14-REEL Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The AD8013AR-14-REEL from Analog Devices is a low-power, single-supply, triple video amplifier. Each of the three amplifiers provides 30 mA of output current and is optimized for driving a single back-terminated video load of 150 Ohms. This current feedback amplifier boasts a gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 60 MHz and low differential gain and phase errors of 0.02% and 0.06°, respectively, making it suitable for broadcast and professional video applications.

Operating on a single +5 V to +13 V power supply, the AD8013AR-14-REEL consumes a maximum of 4 mA per amplifier. Its outputs swing to within one volt of either supply rail, accommodating video signals easily. The amplifier is capable of driving large capacitive loads while maintaining rapid settling times, achieving 18 ns settling for a resistive load and 40 ns (0.1%) settling while driving 200 pF. With a bandwidth of 140 MHz and a slew rate of 1000 V/us, it is also useful in general-purpose high-speed applications.

The AD8013AR-14-REEL features a high-speed disable function per channel, allowing the amplifier to be powered down or put into a high-impedance state, which is beneficial for video multiplexing. It is available in the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and comes in a SOIC-14 package, suitable for surface mounting.
