The AD7943BRZ is a 12-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a serial data interface and an R-2R resistor ladder architecture. It achieves a conversion rate of 1.7 MS/s with a typical settling time of 600 µs. The output is current-unbuffered and designed for external reference operation.
The device operates from a single 5 V nominal supply (3 V to 5.5 V range) and consumes a maximum of 25 µW. Integral and differential nonlinearity are specified at ±0.5 LSB maximum. Full-scale error is 2 LSB maximum. Input voltage range extends from -10 V to +10 V, and output voltage can reach 20 V maximum.
Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (0.295", 7.50 mm width) surface-mount package, it supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Supplied in tape and reel packaging.
