The AD7939BCPZ is a 10-bit, high-speed, low-power successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter from the AD7938/AD7939 family by Analog Devices. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and achieves throughput rates up to 1.5 MSPS.
The device features a software-configurable input multiplexer that supports 8 single-ended, 4 fully differential, or 7 pseudo-differential channels. It includes an on-chip 2.5 V reference with ±0.2% accuracy and a track-and-hold amplifier with no pipeline delays. Data is output via a high-speed parallel interface supporting word and byte modes.
The ADC is housed in a 32-lead LFCSP-VQ package (5x5 mm) with an exposed pad for thermal management. It is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is suitable for applications requiring multiple analog input channels and moderate sampling rates.
The AD7939BCPZ has a 10-bit resolution.
The maximum sampling rate is 1.5 MSPS (mega-samples per second).
It supports 8 single-ended, 4 fully differential, or 7 pseudo-differential inputs, software-configurable.
