The AD7914BRUZ-REEL7 is a 10-bit, 4-channel successive approximation ADC from Analog Devices. It offers a throughput rate of 1 MSPS and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply.
Key specifications include a multiplexer with sample-and-hold, external reference, and a high-speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP. The SAR architecture provides no pipeline delays.
The device is housed in a 16-lead TSSOP package (16-TSSOP, 4.40mm width) for surface mount assembly. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
Suitable for data acquisition systems requiring multiple channels with moderate resolution and speed. Low power consumption (6 mW max at 3V) makes it ideal for battery-powered applications.
