The AD7876TQ is a complete 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It features a track-and-hold amplifier, an 8 μs conversion time, and an on-chip 3V buried Zener reference. The device accepts a ±10V input voltage range and provides a 72 dB SNR at 10 kHz input frequency. It operates from a ±5V supply and dissipates 60 mW typical. The ADC offers both SPI and parallel data interfaces, with a 1:1 S/H:ADC ratio. The AD7876TQ is housed in a 24-pin CDIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole package and is specified for the industrial temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. This ADC is suitable for applications requiring high accuracy and fast conversion rates, such as industrial process control, data acquisition systems, and instrumentation.
