The AD7874BN is a 4-channel, 12-bit simultaneous sampling data acquisition system (DAS) manufactured by Analog Devices Inc. It integrates a high-speed 12-bit ADC, on-chip reference, on-chip clock, and four track-and-hold amplifiers, enabling simultaneous sampling of all input channels to preserve relative phase information. The maximum sampling rate is 116k samples per second, and the digital interface is parallel.
The device operates from dual ±5V supply voltages and is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The AD7874BN is housed in a 28-pin PDIP (0.600-inch, 15.24mm pitch) through-hole package. It is designed for applications requiring synchronized data acquisition across multiple channels, such as phased-array sonar, AC motor controllers, and vibration analysis.
