The AD7811YR is a high-speed, low-power 10-bit analog-to-digital converter from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It features a 2.3 µs conversion time and a successive approximation register (SAR) architecture. The device includes four single-ended input channels that can be configured as pseudo-differential inputs. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and offers a 350 kSPS throughput rate. The on-chip track-and-hold amplifier and 2.5V reference simplify system design. The serial interface is compatible with SPI and DSP microcontrollers. The ADC accepts an input signal range of 0V to VREF and supports both internal and external reference options. The AD7811YR is available in a 16-pin SOIC package (0.154" wide, 3.90mm) for surface mount assembly. It is qualified for automotive applications and operates over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range. The device is suitable for applications requiring high-speed data acquisition with low power consumption.
