The AD7771BCPZ is an 8-channel, 24-bit simultaneous sampling sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It integrates a multiplexer, programmable gain amplifier (PGA) per channel, and a sigma-delta modulator. The device supports both differential and single-ended inputs with PGA gains of 1, 2, 4, and 8. It achieves a typical signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 107 dB at 32 kSPS in high resolution mode with sinc5 filter, total harmonic distortion (THD) of -109 dB, and integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±8 ppm of FSR. The ADC includes an internal 2.5V reference and offers an SPI digital interface for data transfer. The digital supply voltage range is 1.8V to 3.6V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. The device is housed in a 64-LFCSP (9x9) surface-mount package. Typical applications include power quality measurement, general-purpose data acquisition, electroencephalography (EEG), and industrial process control.
