The AD7760BSVZ is a high-performance 24-bit Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It achieves a maximum fully filtered output word rate of 2.5 MSPS with 100 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at that rate. At lower output data rates of 78 kHz, it delivers 112 dB SNR and 120 dB dynamic range. The device features a fully differential modulator input with an on-chip differential amplifier for signal buffering, supporting external reference and parallel data interface.
The ADC incorporates a programmable oversampling ratio (8x to 256x) and a low-pass finite impulse response (FIR) filter with default or user-programmable coefficients. Additional features include offset and gain correction registers, filter bypass modes, and synchronization capability via the SYNC pin. The AD7760BSVZ is designed for applications such as data acquisition systems, vibration analysis, and instrumentation.
Packaged in a 64-TQFP Exposed Pad (10x10 mm) surface-mount package, the device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It requires a single 2.5 V supply (low confidence, likely digital supply) and is offered in a RoHS3 compliant (unverified) finish.
