AD7713AN

The AD7713AN from Analog Devices is a complete analog front-end for low-frequency measurement applications, functioning as a loop-powered signal conditioning ADC. It employs a charge balancing technique to achieve 24 bits of no missing codes performance with a nonlinearity of ±0.0015%.

This ADC features a 3-channel programmable gain front end with gains from 1 to 128, supporting 2 differential inputs and 1 single-ended high voltage input. It includes a low-pass filter with programmable cutoffs and allows for reading and writing calibration coefficients. The device operates on a single 5V supply and communicates via a bidirectional microcontroller serial interface (SPI).

Designed for low power consumption, the AD7713AN typically uses 3.5 mW and has a power-down mode that reduces consumption to 150 µW. It is available in a 24-lead PDIP package, suitable for through-hole mounting. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
