The AD7667ASTZ is a 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It offers a maximum sampling rate of 1 MSPS in Warp mode, with a pseudo-differential input voltage range of 0 V to 2.5 V. The device features a high signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SINAD) of 88 dB minimum at 20 kHz input and a total harmonic distortion (THD) of -96 dB maximum. It includes an internal 2.5 V reference with low drift. The ADC supports multiple data interfaces including SPI, parallel, and DSP-compatible serial. It operates from a single 5 V supply and dissipates 87 mW typical at 666 kSPS without reference. The part is available in a 48-lead LQFP package (7x7 mm) for surface mount assembly. It is suitable for data acquisition, medical instruments, digital signal processing, battery-powered systems, and process control applications.
