The AD7643BCPZ is an 18-bit, 1.25 MSPS SAR ADC from Analog Devices. It features a fully differential input and operates from a single 2.5 V supply. The device includes an internal reference and conversion clock.
Typical dynamic performance includes a SINAD of 93.5 dB at 20 kHz with a 2.5 V reference, total harmonic distortion of -113 dB, and a dynamic range of 95 dB. Integral nonlinearity is ±1.5 LSB typical, ±3 LSB maximum.
The ADC supports SPI, parallel (18/16/8-bit), and DSP-compatible serial interfaces. Power dissipation is 65 mW typical at 1.25 MSPS with internal reference, and only 2 µW in power-down mode.
Housed in a 48-lead LFCSP (7x7 mm) package with exposed pad for thermal management. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. The device is Pb-free and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
