The AD7606BSTZ-RL is a 16-bit, 200kSPS, 8-channel simultaneous sampling data acquisition system (DAS) ADC from Analog Devices. It features true bipolar analog input ranges of ±10V and ±5V, and includes integrated analog input clamp protection, an input buffer with 1 MΩ impedance, and a second-order antialiasing filter.
The device provides 95.5 dB SNR, -107 dB THD, and ±0.5 LSB INL/DNL. It operates from a single 5V analog supply and a 2.3V to 5V VDRIVE digital supply. Power consumption is 100 mW typical, with 25 mW in standby mode.
The ADC includes a flexible parallel/serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP. It has a 7 kV ESD rating on analog inputs. The device is housed in a 64-lead LQFP surface-mount package and operates from -40°C to +85°C.
The analog supply voltage is 4.75V to 5.25V (nominal 5V). The digital supply (VDRIVE) range is 2.3V to 5.25V.
The device is available in a 64-lead LQFP surface-mount package (64-LQFP 10x10 mm).
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
RoHS3 compliance is indicated but unverified (low confidence).
The sampling rate is 200 kSPS on all eight channels simultaneously.
The ADC resolution is 16 bits.
The device supports parallel, serial, SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interfaces.
