The Analog Devices AD7524AQ is a low-cost, 8-bit monolithic CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed for direct interface with most microprocessors. It features on-chip data latches and guarantees monotonicity over the full temperature range.
This multiplying DAC offers excellent multiplying characteristics for 2- or 4-quadrant applications, making it suitable for microprocessor-controlled gain setting and signal control.
