The AD743JNZ is an ultralow noise precision FET input monolithic operational amplifier from Analog Devices Inc. It combines the ultralow voltage noise of bipolar input op amps with the very low input current of a FET-input device. This device guarantees a maximum input voltage noise of 2.9 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz and 0.38 µV p-p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz. It also features excellent DC performance with a maximum input bias current of 150 pA and a maximum offset voltage of 250 µV.
The AD743JNZ operates over a commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C and is available in an 8-pin PDIP package. Its AC performance includes a slew rate of 2.8 V/µs and a unity-gain bandwidth of 4.5 MHz. The supply voltage range is from 9.6V to 36V.
This operational amplifier is specifically designed for use as a preamplifier in capacitive sensors, such as ceramic hydrophones. Its combination of low noise and high precision makes it ideal for sensitive measurement applications.
