AD734AN

The AD734AN is a high-speed four-quadrant analog multiplier and divider from Analog Devices. It provides a low impedance voltage output with a full power bandwidth of 10 MHz and a 20 V p-p output swing. Total static error is 0.1% of full scale, combining scaling, offsets, and nonlinearities. Distortion is typically less than -80 dBc, and third-order IMD is -75 dBc at 10 MHz. The device features high slew rate of 450 V/µs and fast settling time of 200 ns to 0.1% at full power. Noise performance includes 94 dB SNR from 10 Hz to 20 kHz and 70 dB SNR from 10 Hz to 10 MHz. The AD734 is pin-compatible with the industry-standard AD534 and offers a direct division mode with 2 MHz bandwidth at gain of 100.
