The AD7276BUJZ-REEL7 is a high-speed, low-power, 12-bit successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It achieves a throughput rate of 3 MSPS while operating from a single 2.35V to 3.6V power supply. The ADC includes a track-and-hold amplifier capable of handling input frequencies above 55 MHz. The conversion process is controlled by the chip select (CS) and serial clock (SCLK), enabling easy interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS with no pipeline delays. Typical power dissipation is 12.6 mW at 3 MSPS with a 3V supply. The device offers a signal-to-noise ratio of 70 dB at a 1 MHz input frequency.
The AD7276BUJZ-REEL7 has 12-bit resolution.
The maximum sampling rate is 3 MSPS.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
The supply voltage range is 2.35V to 3.6V.
It is available in a surface-mount TSOT-23-6 (SOT-23-6 Thin) package.
It uses a successive approximation register (SAR) architecture.
It supports SPI and DSP serial interfaces.
