The AD7176-2BRUZ is a 24-bit, multiplexed Sigma-Delta Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) designed for low bandwidth input signals. It provides a fast settling time of 20 µs and user-selectable output data rates ranging from 5 SPS to 250 kSPS, with resolution increasing at lower speeds.
This ADC features configurable input channels, allowing for two fully differential or four pseudo-differential inputs. It includes an on-chip 2.5 V reference with a low drift of 2 ppm/°C, reducing external component count. The device supports various digital interfaces including SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP compatible protocols.
With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and multiple power supply options, the AD7176-2BRUZ is suitable for demanding applications such as process control, temperature and pressure measurement, and medical instrumentation.
