The AD668 is a 12-bit ultrahigh speed multiplying D/A converter providing outstanding accuracy and speed. It settles to 1 LSB in 90 ns for current output and 120 ns for voltage output. The part features a 15 MHz reference bandwidth and monotonicity guaranteed over temperature. It provides 10.24 mA current output or 1.024 V voltage output. The AD668 is fabricated using Analog Devices' Complementary Bipolar (CB) process. It is packaged in a 24-CDIP (0.3" Skinny DIP) through-hole package. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
