The AD6645ASVZ-105 is a high-speed, high-performance 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It operates at sampling rates up to 105 MSPS and uses a pipelined architecture with differential inputs. The device includes an internal reference and track-and-hold circuit, providing a complete conversion solution.
Key performance specifications include a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 75 dB at 15 MHz input frequency and 72 dB at 200 MHz, spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 89 dBc at 70 MHz, and 100 dBFS multitone SFDR. The ADC dissipates 1.5 W of power and features a sampling jitter of 0.1 ps. The digital output is in twos complement format and is parallel CMOS-compatible.
The AD6645 is designed for multichannel, multimode receivers, base station infrastructure, and communications instrumentation. It is housed in a 52-lead TQFP with exposed pad (52-TQFP-EP) for surface mount assembly, operating over a temperature range of -10°C to 85°C.
