The AD632BDZ is an internally trimmed monolithic four-quadrant multiplier/divider from Analog Devices. It is pretrimmed to a maximum ±0.5% 4-quadrant error without external trims, and features a transfer function of [(X1-X2)(Y1-Y2)/10] + Z2. All inputs (X, Y, Z) are differential and high impedance. The device provides a typical bandwidth of 1 MHz, supply current of 6 mA, and operates over -25°C to +85°C. The output voltage range is ±11 V, and input voltage range is ±12 V. It is available in a 14-lead side-brazed CerDIP package (14-CDIP). Applications include high quality analog signal processing, differential ratio and percentage computations, and algebraic and trigonometric function synthesis. The AD632 is pin-for-pin compatible with the industry standard AD532 but with improved specifications and a fully differential high impedance Z input.
