AD620AR Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The Analog Devices AD620AR is a complete monolithic instrumentation amplifier designed for high accuracy and low power consumption. It is suitable for precision signal conditioning applications.

This instrumentation amplifier features easy gain setting with a single external resistor (Rg), allowing for gains ranging from 1 to 10,000. It boasts excellent DC performance with a low input offset voltage of 50 μV maximum and a low input bias current of 1.0 nA maximum. The AD620AR also offers low noise characteristics, with 9 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz and 0.28 μV p-p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz.

Designed for flexibility, the AD620AR operates from a wide power supply range of ±2.3V to ±18V. It provides superior Common-Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) performance of 130 dB minimum at a gain of 1000, effectively rejecting common-mode noise in industrial environments. The device is rated for industrial operation over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

The AD620AR is available in an 8-SOIC package and is suitable for high-impedance sources and low-level sensor signals in medical and industrial applications.
