The AD5765CSUZ is a quad, 16-bit, serial input, bipolar voltage output DAC from Analog Devices. It operates from ±4.75 V to ±5.25 V supplies and provides a programmable output range of ±4.096 V, ±4.201 V, or ±4.311 V. The device integrates output amplifiers, reference buffers, and power-up/power-down control circuitry.
Key specifications include ±1 LSB maximum INL and DNL error, 10 µs settling time to ±0.5 LSB, and low noise of 70 nV/√Hz. The digital interface supports SPI and DSP-compatible serial communication. The reference input is external at 2.048 V nominal.
The DAC is housed in a 32-TQFP (7x7 mm) surface-mount package and operates over -40°C to +105°C temperature range. It is suitable for industrial automation, process control, automatic test equipment, and high accuracy instrumentation applications.
