The AD5761RBRUZ is a single-channel, 16-bit voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices. It utilizes an R-2R architecture and provides a buffered voltage output with a typical settling time of 7.5 µs. The device supports both external and internal reference options, with an integrated low-drift 2.5 V reference (2 ppm/°C typical). It offers eight software-programmable output ranges including 0 V to +5 V, 0 V to +10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V, and others, providing flexibility for various applications.
The DAC communicates via a SPI-compatible serial interface and operates from a digital supply voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V. It features a maximum integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±2 LSB and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±1 LSB, ensuring monotonicity. The device is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for industrial environments.
The AD5761RBRUZ is housed in a 16-lead TSSOP package (0.173" width, 4.40 mm) for surface mount assembly. It is designed for applications such as industrial automation, instrumentation, data acquisition, and closed-loop servo control. The device includes asynchronous LDAC and RESET functions for flexible system integration.
