The AD5760ACPZ-REEL7 is a high-performance 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices. It offers true 16-bit accuracy with ±0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and ±0.5 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL). The device provides an unbuffered voltage output with an output noise spectral density of 8 nV/√Hz and a glitch impulse of 3.5 nV-sec. It features a fast 2.5 µs settling time and a 35 MHz Schmitt triggered digital interface supporting SPI and DSP protocols. The DAC operates from a wide analog supply range up to ±16.5 V and a digital supply (IOVCC) of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, with 1.8 V compatible logic. It is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device is housed in a 24-lead LFCSP package (4 mm x 5 mm) with an exposed pad for surface mount assembly. Common applications include medical instrumentation, test and measurement, industrial control, and scientific instrumentation.
The DAC has a resolution of 16 bits.
The output voltage settling time is 2.5 µs.
-40°C to +125°C.
It comes in a 24-lead LFCSP package (4 mm x 5 mm) with an exposed pad, also described as 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP.
It supports SPI and DSP serial interfaces.
The analog supply can be up to ±16.5 V, and the digital supply (IOVCC) is 2.7 V to 5.5 V, with 1.8 V compatible logic.
The device is listed as RoHS3 Compliant, but this is unverified. Verify with official documentation.
