The AD5744RCSUZ is a quad 14-bit serial-input bipolar voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices. It operates from analog supply voltages of ±11.4 V to ±16.5 V and a digital supply of 2.7 V to 5.25 V. The device offers programmable output ranges of ±10 V, ±10.2564 V, or ±10.5263 V and provides ±1 LSB maximum INL and DNL errors.
The DAC features an on-chip 5 V reference with a maximum temperature coefficient of 10 ppm/°C, low noise of 60 nV/√Hz, and a fast settling time of 10 µs maximum. It integrates output amplifiers, reference buffers, and power-up/power-down control circuitry. The serial interface supports SPI and DSP protocols.
The device is housed in a 32-TQFP (7x7 mm) surface-mount package and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is designed for industrial automation, servo control, process control, data acquisition, and automatic test equipment applications.
