The AD5676RBRUZ is a low power, octal, 16-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from the nanoDAC+ family by Analog Devices. It includes a 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference (enabled by default) and a gain select pin giving a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). The device operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and is guaranteed monotonic by design.
The DAC features a 50 MHz SPI interface with readback or daisy chain capability and 1.8 V logic compatibility. It offers high relative accuracy with a maximum INL of ±3 LSB at 16 bits and a total unadjusted error (TUE) of ±0.14% of FSR maximum. The device also includes a power-on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin that ensures the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale.
The AD5676RBRUZ is available in a 20-lead TSSOP package and is specified for operation over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range. It is suitable for applications including optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process control, industrial automation, and data acquisition systems.
The AD5676RBRUZ has a resolution of 16 bits.
The AD5676RBRUZ has 8 DAC channels.
The output type is Voltage - Buffered.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
The AD5676RBRUZ is available in a 20-TSSOP package.
Yes, it includes an internal 2.5V reference with a typical drift of 2 ppm/°C.
The analog supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, and the logic supply voltage range is 1.8V to 5.5V.
