The AD5663RBRMZ-3 is a 16-bit dual voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices, part of the nanoDAC family. It features two buffered voltage output channels with a settling time of 7 µs. The device supports both external and internal reference options, with an on-chip 1.25V/2.5V reference providing 5 ppm/°C stability.
The DAC utilizes a string architecture and offers a SPI/DSP serial interface with clock speeds up to 50 MHz. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V power supply and is guaranteed monotonic by design. The AD5663RBRMZ-3 includes power-on reset to zero scale and per-channel power-down functionality.
Packaged in a 10-lead MSOP (10-MSOP) surface-mount package, the device operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It is suitable for process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery-powered instruments, and digital gain/offset adjustment applications.
