The AD5645RBRUZ-REEL7 is a quad 14-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from the nanoDAC family by Analog Devices. It features four DAC channels with a string DAC architecture, providing guaranteed monotonic performance. The device operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and includes an on-chip 2.5V reference with 5 ppm/°C temperature drift for the TSSOP package variant.
The DAC offers a settling time of 5 µs and supports I²C-compatible serial interface with standard, fast, and high-speed modes up to 3.4 MHz. Typical power dissipation is 11.8 mW, and the device includes per-channel power-down, hardware LDAC and CLR functions. The output is rail-to-rail buffered, and the reference can be either external or internal.
The AD5645RBRUZ-REEL7 is housed in a 14-lead TSSOP package with surface mount mounting. It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Integral nonlinearity (INL) is ±2 LSB max, and differential nonlinearity (DNL) is ±0.5 LSB max. The part is suitable for process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery-powered instruments, and programmable voltage sources.
