The AD5624RBRMZ-3REEL7 is a quad 12-bit digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices' nanoDAC family. It features four buffered voltage outputs with a settling time of 4.5 µs. The device supports both external and internal reference operation, with an on-chip 1.25 V reference offering 5 ppm/°C temperature stability. Data is written via a high-speed SPI/DSP-compatible serial interface supporting clock rates up to 50 MHz. The DAC architecture is a monotonic string design with typical INL of ±0.5 LSB and DNL of ±0.25 LSB. Operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V analog supply, the device is specified over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range. It is supplied in a compact 10-lead MSOP package (10-MSOP) and is surface-mount compatible. Typical applications include process control, data acquisition systems, portable instrumentation, and programmable voltage sources.
