The AD5621AKSZ-500RL7 is a single 12-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter from the nanoDAC family by Analog Devices. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply and features a typical supply current of 75 µA at 5V, with a power-down mode reducing current to 0.2 µA at 3V. The device uses a supply reference type and offers a voltage-buffered output with a settling time of 10 µs. Data interface is SPI and DSP compatible.
This DAC is housed in a surface-mount SC-70-6 package (also compatible with 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363). It is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The architecture is a string DAC, and the device is guaranteed monotonic by design with a maximum INL of ±6 LSB. It is suitable for voltage level setting, portable battery-powered instruments, and programmable voltage sources.
