The AD5532HSABCZ is a 32-channel 14-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices. It provides voltage-unbuffered outputs with a settling time of 30 µs. The device supports both parallel and SPI data interfaces and requires an external reference. It operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The integral nonlinearity (INL) is ±0.39 LSB maximum, and differential nonlinearity (DNL) is ±1 LSB maximum. The output voltage range is determined by the offset voltage at the OFFS_IN pin, allowing 0 V to 5 V or –2.5 V to +2.5 V ranges. The device is designed for applications such as optical networks, level setting, instrumentation, automatic test equipment, industrial control systems, and data acquisition. It is housed in a 74-LBGA or CSPBGA package (74-CSPBGA 12x12 mm) and is surface mount. The operating temperature range is –40°C to +85°C. The device features a high-speed 3-wire serial interface compatible with DSP and microcontrollers, and an asynchronous RESET facility.
