The AD5341BRU is a single 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices, part of the AD5330/AD5331/AD5340/AD5341 family. It features a parallel interface and operates from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming only 115 µA at 3 V and 140 µA at 5 V. A power-down mode reduces current to 80 nA at 3 V and 200 nA at 5 V via the PD pin.
The device offers a selectable output range of 0 V to VREF or 0 V to 2 × VREF, with a buffered or unbuffered reference input option controlled by the BUF pin. It includes an on-chip rail-to-rail output buffer amplifier and is guaranteed monotonic by design over all codes. The AD5341BRU is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
Packaged in a 20-TSSOP (0.173", 4.40mm Width) surface-mount package, the AD5341BRU is suitable for portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators, and industrial process control.
