The AD5333BRUZ is a dual 10-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices, part of the AD5332/AD5333/AD5342/AD5343 family. It operates from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply and consumes only 230 µA at 3V (typical) and 300 µA at 5V (typical). The device offers a parallel data interface with double-buffered input logic, enabling simultaneous update of both DAC outputs via the LDAC pin.
Key electrical specifications include a typical settling time of 9 µs, integral non-linearity of ±0.5 LSB, and differential non-linearity of ±0.05 LSB. The output is voltage-buffered with rail-to-rail capability, and the output range can be selected between 0-VREF and 0-2×VREF via the GAIN pin. The external reference input allows flexible voltage scaling. Power-down mode reduces current consumption to 80 nA at 3V and 200 nA at 5V.
The AD5333BRUZ is supplied in a 24-lead TSSOP package (0.173" body width, 4.40mm pitch) for surface mount assembly. It features power-on reset to zero volts, an asynchronous clear (CLR) facility, and guaranteed monotonicity over all codes. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for industrial environments.
Supply voltage range is 2.5V to 5.5V.
