The AD5326ARUZ is a 12-bit quad voltage output digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices. It features four buffered voltage outputs, an I²C-compatible serial interface, and a string DAC architecture. The device operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V power supply and draws a supply current of 400 µA at 3V and 500 µA at 5V.
The DAC offers a settling time of 10 µs and an output voltage range of 0V to VREF or 0V to 2VREF. Integral nonlinearity for the A version is ±16 LSB maximum. The device includes power-on reset to 0V and a buffered/unbuffered reference input option.
Packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP surface-mount package, the AD5326ARUZ operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Typical applications include portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, and industrial process control.
The supply voltage range is 2.5V to 5.5V.
It comes in a 16-TSSOP surface-mount package (0.173", 4.40mm Width).
The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
The AD5326ARUZ is listed as RoHS3 compliant, but this is unverified.
The DAC has 12-bit resolution.
It has 4 channels.
The settling time is 10 µs.
