The AD5326ARU is a 12-bit quad voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices. It integrates four buffered DAC channels with a 2-wire I2C-compatible serial interface. The device operates from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply and features a typical supply current of 400 µA at 3V and 500 µA at 5V.
Key electrical characteristics include a settling time of 10 µs, a slew rate of 0.7 V/µs, and a maximum serial interface clock rate of 400 kHz. The DAC uses a string architecture with external reference and provides buffered voltage output. Integral nonlinearity (INL) is specified as ±2 LSB (typical) and ±0.2 LSB (typical) for the B version, though this value is from existing database and should be verified.
The device is housed in a 16-lead TSSOP package and is specified for operation over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It includes power-on reset to 0V, double-buffered input logic, and a data readback facility. Typical applications include portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage sources, and industrial process control.
