The AD5324BRM is a quad 12-bit buffered voltage output DAC from Analog Devices. It operates from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply and features a 3-wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP. The device includes four rail-to-rail output buffer amplifiers and a power-on reset to 0V. It is available in a 10-lead MSOP package for surface mount applications. Typical applications include portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, and programmable voltage sources. The DAC consumes only 500 µA at 3V and 600 µA at 5V, with a power-down mode reducing current to 80 nA at 3V. The settling time is 10 µs, and the output voltage range is 0V to VREF. The device is specified over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
