The AD5315BRMZ is a 10-bit quad voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices. It features four buffered voltage outputs with a settling time of 9 µs and a slew rate of 0.7 V/µs. The device operates from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply, consuming only 500 µA at 3V and 600 µA at 5V. Power-down current is as low as 80 nA at 3V. The DAC uses a string architecture and provides an I2C-compatible serial interface. The output voltage range is 0V to VREF, with an external reference required. The device is guaranteed monotonic and includes power-on reset to 0V. It is available in a 10-lead MSOP package for surface mount assembly. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C, suitable for industrial applications.
