The AD5307ARUZ-REEL7 is a quad 8-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices, part of the AD5307 family. It is housed in a 16-lead TSSOP package and designed for single-supply operation from 2.5V to 5.5V.
The device integrates four buffered DAC channels with rail-to-rail output buffers. It supports SPI and DSP-compatible serial interfaces and offers a sampling rate of 167 kS/s. Typical supply current is 400 µA at 3V and 500 µA at 5V, with power dissipation of 4.5 mW. The output voltage range is selectable between 0V to VREF and 0V to 2×VREF.
Packaged in a surface-mount 16-TSSOP (4.40mm width), the AD5307ARUZ-REEL7 operates over a -40°C to +105°C temperature range. It is RoHS3 compliant (unverified) and features a string DAC architecture with a settling time of 6 µs (per manufacturer page) and a slew rate of 0.7 V/µs.
