Designed for versatility, it supports a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, or dual supplies from ±2.25V to ±2.75V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. The nonvolatile memory stores wiper settings, which are refreshed to EEMEM settings upon power-on. It also includes 12 extra bytes in EEMEM for user-defined information.

 

This digital potentiometer is suitable for applications such as mechanical potentiometer replacement, low-resolution DAC replacement, and programmable gain control. It is supplied in a 20-TSSOP surface mount package.
