The AD5233BRUZ100 is a quad-channel non-volatile digital potentiometer from Analog Devices. It features 64-position resolution with linear taper and an SPI-compatible serial interface that supports readback. Each of the four channels has an independent RDAC register with EEMEM backup, allowing wiper settings to be restored on power-up with a typical restore time of 140 µs.
The device offers a terminal resistance of 100 kΩ with a tolerance of -40%/+20% and a temperature coefficient of 600 ppm/°C. It operates from a single supply of 2.7V to 5.5V or a dual supply of ±2.5V to ±2.75V. Additional features include a cascade pin for daisy-chaining multiple devices, permanent memory write protection, and 11 bytes of extra non-volatile memory for user-defined data.
The AD5233BRUZ100 is housed in a 24-TSSOP surface-mount package and is specified for operation from -40°C to +85°C. It is suitable for applications such as mechanical potentiometer replacement, instrumentation gain and offset adjustment, programmable filters, and sensor calibration.
