AD5207BRUZ10-RL7

The AD5207BRUZ10-RL7 is a dual-channel, 256-position digital potentiometer from Analog Devices. Each channel provides a digitally controlled variable resistance of 10 kOhms with linear taper. The wiper position is set via a 3-wire SPI-compatible serial interface, and the device includes a cascade pin for daisy-chaining multiple devices. Power-on reset sets the wiper to midscale. The supply voltage range is 2.7 V to 5.5 V single supply or ±2.2 V to ±2.7 V dual supply. Operating temperature spans -40°C to 125°C. The resistance tolerance is ±30% with a typical temperature coefficient of 500 ppm/°C. The volatile memory configuration requires the wiper setting to be re-programmed after power-up. The device is packaged in a 14-TSSOP surface mount package (0.173", 4.40mm width) and is RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
