AD22280-R2

The Analog Devices AD22280-R2 is a low-power, single-axis iMEMS accelerometer designed for complete acceleration measurement on a single monolithic IC. It offers a full-scale range of ±50g and provides signal-conditioned voltage outputs. The device is suitable for measuring both dynamic acceleration (vibration) and static acceleration (gravity).

Key electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V, a typical current consumption of 1.3 mA, and a bandwidth of 400Hz. The accelerometer exhibits high linearity of 0.2% of full scale and a typical sensitivity of 38mV/g. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
