The ACURN105-HF is a surface mount fast recovery rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average forward current of 1A. It is designed for high efficiency with low power loss and features a glass passivated cavity-free junction. The diode has a maximum forward voltage of 1.7V at 1A and a typical reverse recovery time of 50ns (75ns max). It can handle a peak forward surge current of 25A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
Operating junction temperature ranges from -65°C to 175°C, with typical thermal resistance of 90°C/W junction-to-ambient and 40°C/W junction-to-lead when mounted on a 0.2×0.2" copper pad. The device is packaged in a 1206/SOD-123 surface mount case with pure tin lead-free terminals, and the plastic case is rated UL 94V-0.
The ACURN105-HF is RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and meets AEC-Q101 automotive qualification standards. It is suitable for high-frequency rectification, power supply, and automotive applications requiring fast switching and high reliability.
