The Allegro ACS781LLRTR-050B-T is a fully integrated, automotive-grade Hall effect current sensor IC capable of measuring bidirectional AC and DC currents up to 50A. It features a low-profile, core-less package with a very small footprint, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
This sensor IC provides an analog output voltage that varies linearly with the primary current. Key electrical specifications include a sensitivity of 26.4mV/A, ±1.5% accuracy, and ±1% linearity. It operates over a voltage range of 3V to 3.6V and a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The device has a fast response time of 3.6µs and supports frequencies from DC up to 120kHz.
Designed with Hall sensor technology, it incorporates common-mode field rejection for optimized performance in the presence of interfering magnetic fields. The integrated copper conduction path has a low resistance of 200 µΩ. The ACS781LLRTR-050B-T is mounted via surface mount technology and comes in a 7-PowerSMD Module package (7-PSOF).
Note: This device is classified as NOT FOR NEW DESIGN and is restricted to existing customer applications due to probable obsolescence.
