The ACDBA260LR-HF is a low forward voltage, low reverse current Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. Manufactured by Comchip Technology, this diode features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 60 V and a maximum average forward current of 2 A.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of only 550 mV at 2 A forward current and 25°C, a maximum forward surge current of 70 A (8.3 ms half sine-wave), and a typical junction capacitance of 150 pF at 4 V reverse bias. The diode offers a low typical reverse current of 0.5 mA at 25°C and a maximum of 20 mA at 100°C.
The device is packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) molded plastic case, surface mountable, with tin-plated terminals. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is halogen-free and RoHS3 compliant. The operating junction temperature range spans from -50°C to +150°C.
