The ABS10B-13 is a 1.5A surface mount glass passivated bridge rectifier designed for AC to DC full wave rectification. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified output current of 1.5A. The device has a low forward voltage of 1.1V typical and a reverse current of 5µA. It can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 50A. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The bridge rectifier is suitable for applications such as SMPS, LED lighting, adapters, battery chargers, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunications. It is packaged in a miniature 4-SOPA (SOPA-4) surface mount package with gull wing terminals, saving space on PC boards. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The case material is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating.
