The Abracon ABM3B-20.000MHZ-B2-T is a 20 MHz fundamental mode crystal in a compact 5.00mm x 3.20mm x 1.10mm ceramic SMD package with a metal lid. It offers a frequency tolerance of ±20 ppm at 25°C and frequency stability of ±50 ppm over the operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
With a low equivalent series resistance of 50 Ω maximum and a shunt capacitance of 7 pF typical, this crystal is designed for high reliability in demanding applications. The drive level is 100 µW maximum, and aging is limited to ±5 ppm in the first year. The insulation resistance is 500 MΩ minimum at 100 Vdc.
This component is RoHS3 compliant and suitable for reflow soldering. It is ideal for use in cellular telephones, pagers, communication and test equipment, high-density electronics, and wireless applications such as PCMCIA cards.
