The ABM3-20.000MHZ-B2-T is a ceramic SMD crystal from Abracon's ABM3 series. It operates at 20 MHz fundamental mode with an 18pF load capacitance, maximum ESR of 30Ω, and frequency tolerance of ±20ppm at 25°C. Frequency stability is ±50ppm over the operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C.
Designed for surface mount assembly, this AT-cut crystal is housed in a hermetically sealed 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.3 mm ceramic package with 2-SMD, no lead terminations. It supports a drive level of 10 to 100 µW and offers shunt capacitance of 7 pF typical. Aging is ±5ppm in the first year.
