The Abracon ABM3-12.000MHZ-B2-T is a 12 MHz fundamental-mode quartz crystal designed for surface-mount applications. It features a load capacitance of 18 pF, equivalent series resistance of 60 Ω, frequency tolerance of ±20 ppm, and frequency stability of ±50 ppm. The crystal operates in fundamental mode and supports a drive level range of 10 to 100 µW. Shunt capacitance is 7 pF typical, and insulation resistance is 500 MΩ at 100 Vdc.
It is housed in a compact 2-SMD, no lead ceramic package measuring 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.3 mm, hermetically glass sealed for high precision and reliability. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 70°C, with storage from -40°C to 90°C. Aging is ±5 ppm in the first year at 25°C.
This crystal is RoHS3 compliant and suitable for RoHS reflow profiles. Typical applications include communication equipment, test equipment, PCMCIA cards, and wireless devices.
